You may be visiting this page because you recently received a fundraising telephone call. You will be glad to know that only actual employees of the Nevada State Firefighters’ Association (NSFA) are currently making these calls.

You may also have made a pledge and received your pledge kit by mail. A fundraising drive is currently being conducted to help support our programs and services. You should have received, by mail, a donation letter similar to the one shown on the right.

Although the NSFA has been conducting fundraising drives for a number of years, starting in November 2005, we began, with the help of some consultants, to make those fundraising calls and mailings ourselves.

If you receive a telephone call asking for your support, made after this date, you will be glad to know it was made by an employee of our Association, not a professional fundraiser!

We are proud to be able to make this effort ourselves, ensuring interaction with the public at the highest level of professionalism. It also allows you to be confident that you are making a donation directly to the Association, where your support can make the most difference for our programs and members.
