✅ Attendance Requirements
To attend this virtual meeting, you must:
- Be a dues-paid NSFA member for Fiscal Year 2025 (7/1/24–6/30/25) or an invited guest.
- Individually pre-register using the link above.
🎖️ Want to Represent Your Department as a Delegate?
To be considered a delegate:
- You must be a dues-paid FY2025 NSFA member.
- Your membership type must be Regular or Life Member.
- You must be present at roll call when the meeting begins.
⚠️ Important Notes About the Meeting
- 🔒 Phone call-in will NOT be allowed. Please join via Zoom app or web browser.
- 🔗 Only approved registrants will receive a personalized Zoom link to join.
- 🕔 You may join the meeting up to 5 minutes early.
- 🚪 The meeting will be locked after roll call. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
- 🔄 If you get disconnected, you’ll be placed in the waiting room and will need to wait for readmission.
- ❗ Disruptive attendees may be removed from the meeting at the discretion of the Board and will not be allowed to rejoin.
